OAR 543-040-0035. Grant Appeals

(1) A public library may appeal the proposed allocation of grant funds to the State Librarian. The appeal must be in writing and contain a detailed statement specifying the reason for the appeal and the corrective action being requested. (2) The appeal must be filed no later than October 15. The State Librarian or their designee may investigate and attempt to resolve the appeal. If it cannot be resolved by October 31, the State Librarian will make a final determination about the proposed allocation of funds.
