OAR 575-035-0051. Fund Management

(1) Funds from the Department of Commerce for the establishment of the B & H Grant program will be transferred to the Oregon Student Assistance Fund to be invested by the State Treasurer. (2) Only the investment earnings from the fund shall be used for B & H Grants. (3) Grants will be awarded each year, funds permitting, beginning on October 1, 1986.
