OAR 585-001-0005. Rules of Practice and Procedure

The Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure for Contested Cases filed with the Secretary of State are adopted as the rules of practice and procedure of Commission. In addition to the Model Rules, the rules of procedure in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 585, Division 25 shall apply. [ED.
