OAR 585-020-0025. Maintenance of Equipment

(1) Commission may issue equipment for use by clients and provide for its maintenance while Commission retains ownership of the equipment. (2) If available, service or maintenance agreements may be considered when appropriate, depending on the job environment and other related factors. Counselors should look first to purchase equipment which has at least a one-year warranty. (3) Whenever available, used equipment in Commission’s inventory will be issued to clients.
