OAR 632-001-0005. Model Rules of Procedure

(1) Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.341, the Board adopts the Attorney General's Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedures Act effective January 31, 2012. (2) Persons wishing to appeal department actions are to be guided by OAR 632-010, 632-015, 632-020, 632-030, 632-033, 632-035, or 632-037, depending on the action being appealed. The public should first approach department staff, the State Geologist, and finally the Board in seeking resolution of issues which do not fall under the above-cited rules.
