OAR 632-030-0045. Obtaining Bond Release

(1) The permittee shall notify the Department in writing when the reclamation has been completed. (2) The Department will inspect the reclaimed site. If the permittee has fulfilled the requirements of the approved reclamation plan, the bond or alternative form of security will be released. The Department may authorize a reduction in the security amount if the reclamation is partially complete.
