OAR 635-001-0230. Payment of R&E Revenues to Watershed Improvement Grant Fund

In accordance with Chapter 8, Oregon Laws 1997, $1,000,000 of revenues from surcharges on recreational licenses deposited to the Restoration and Enhancement Fund shall be paid to the Watershed Improvement Grant Fund in accordance with the following schedule: (1) On or before June 30, 1998, $400,000 to be transferred. (2) On or before January 1, 1999, $200,000 to be transferred. (3) On or before June 30, 1999, $400,000 to be transferred.
