OAR 635-435-0050. Trap Tampering Prohibited

(1) Any trap or capture device used by a permittee must be legibly marked or branded with either the individual or owner’s business name and phone number, or the owner’s furtaker license (brand) number or WCO number that has been assigned by the Department. (2) It is unlawful to move or tamper with any trap or capture device set by a WCO or to remove wildlife from such a trap or capture device without written authorization of the WCO.
