OAR 635-004-0390. Sardine Permit Fee

(1) The annual fee for a Resident Sardine Permit is $125.00 (plus a $2.00 license agent fee) for applicants. (2) The annual fee for a Nonresident Sardine Permit is $175.00 (plus a $2.00 license agent fee) for applicants. (3) A fee of $100.00 shall be charged for each transfer of participation rights under OAR 635-004-0415.
