OAR 635-500-0990. Angler Access

(1) The following operating principle applies to the Coast Fork Willamette Subbasin: The Department shall seek to provide public angling access to allow use of fish populations, provide a diversity of angling opportunities, and disperse angling effort. (2) In accordance with this operating principle, it is the objective of the Department to increase access to public waters for angling.
