OAR 635-500-1310. Winter Steelhead

(1) The following operating principle applies to the Middle Fork Willamette Subbasin: Winter steelhead shall be managed for natural and hatchery production. (2) In accordance with this operating principle, it is the objective of the Department to: (a) Increase the number of winter steelhead returning to the Middle Fork Subbasin to an annual average of 800 adults; (b) Increase the catch of winter steelhead to 160 fish in the Middle Fork Subbasin.
