OAR 635-500-1340. Warmwater Game Fish

(1) The following operating principle applies to the Middle Fork Willamette Subbasin: No introductions of warmwater game fish shall be permitted in streams of the subbasin. (2) In accordance with this operating principle, it is the objective of the Department to: (a) Minimize impacts of warmwater game fish on endemic fish species; (b) Provide a diversity of warmwater angling opportunities.
