OAR 635-500-1660. Angler Access

(1) The following operating principle applies to the Tualatin Subbasin: The Department shall seek to provide access to allow the public to enjoy the subbasin’s fish populations, to provide a diversity of angling and viewing opportunities and to encourage a dispersion of angling effort. (2) In accordance with this operating principle, it is the objective of the Department to increase access for bank and boat anglers, to publicly and privately controlled sites.
