OAR 635-008-0197. Woodburn Ponds (Marion County)

In addition to the provisions in OAR 635-008-0200, it is unlawful at Woodburn Ponds to: (1) Discharge any firearm. (2) Operate any motor-propelled craft, except craft propelled by electric motors. (3) Use the area for any purpose between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise. (4) Trapping is prohibited.
