OAR 635-009-0055. Determination of Outdoor Clubs Non-Profit Status

No outdoor club shall be exempt from the provisions of ORS 498.400 through 498.464 unless such club submits with its application for exemption: (1) A certified copy of its Articles of Incorporation, which must be accompanied by a copy of its Certificate of Incorporation issued pursuant to ORS Chapter 61; and (2) Certified copies of a certificate of tax exempt status issued by the Oregon Department of Revenue and the United States Internal Revenue Service.
