OAR 635-009-0400. Cooperative Salmon Hatchery Program Purpose

(1) These Rules guide the operation and project selection of cooperative salmon hatchery projects. (2) The purpose of these rules is to describe policies, standards, and procedures concerning: (a) Application for cooperative salmon hatchery projects; (b) Evaluation of applications for cooperative salmon hatchery projects; (c) Operation of cooperative salmon hatchery projects, including changes in operation and termination; (d) Monitoring and evaluation of cooperative salmon hatchery projects; (e) Disposal of fish and fish products produced by cooperative salmon hatchery projects; (f) Duties and responsibilities of cooperators in cooperative salmon hatchery projects; (g) Effects on native fish populations of the project.
