OAR 642-030-0030. Removal of Commissioners

(1) The Director of the Department of Agriculture may remove a commissioner from office, and declare the position vacant for cause. (2) The Commission may make a recommendation to the Director of the Department of Agriculture, or the Director may request a recommendation from the Commission on the removal of any commissioner.
