OAR 141-071-0515. Priority

A permittee under a current minerals prospecting permit shall obtain a preferential right to a minerals lease if: (1) The permittee certifies that it has discovered a valuable mineral deposit and will obtain commercial production of a mineral or minerals; and (2) The permittee completes the requirements of OAR 141-071-0505 and 141-071-0520.
