OAR 660-021-0080. Applicability

The provisions of this division, and amendments to rules in this division, are effective upon filing with the Secretary of State. Except that a local government may adopt urban reserves which conform to the applicable rules of this division in place prior to January 1, 2026, if the local government submits the plan amendment as provided in OAR 660-018-0040 or OAR 660-025-0175 to the department on or before January 1, 2027.
