OAR 660-024-0001. Applicability of Division in Specified Circumstances

The rules in this division adopted on December 6, 2025, are effective January 1, 2026, except that a local government may adopt a plan amendment concerning the amendment of an urban growth boundary that conforms to the applicable rules of this division in place prior to January 1, 2026, if the local government submits the adopted plan amendment as provided in OAR 660-018-0040 or OAR 660-025-0175 to the department on or before January 1, 2027.
