OAR 660-008-0001. Applicability of Division in Specified Circumstances

The rules in this division adopted on December 5, 2024, are effective on January 1, 2025 and the rules in this division adopted on December 6, 2025, are effective January 1, 2026, except that a local government may adopt a Housing Capacity Analysis or Housing Production Strategy that conforms to the applicable rules of this division in place prior to January 1, 2025 or January 1, 2026, if the local government submits the adopted plan amendment as provided in OAR 660-018-0040 or OAR 660-025-0175 or Housing Production Strategy report to the department on or before January 1, 2027.
