(1) For technical assistance grant applications seeking grant funds that require the Board to make a funding decision: (a) The Board may fund a project in whole or in part. (b) Projects not funded may be resubmitted during future application submission periods. (2) For technical assistance grant applications seeking grant funds that have been delegated to the Director: (a) The Director may fund a project in whole or in part. (b) Projects not funded may be resubmitted during future application submission periods.
