OAR 695-048-0040. Eligible Applicants

(1) Eligible applicants include Water Suppliers with service populations at or below 25,000 users. Applicants described in OAR 695-005-0040(2) are not eligible for Drinking Water Source Protection Grants unless they otherwise qualify as Water Suppliers. (2) Eligible Water Suppliers may form Partnerships with eligible Holders.
