OAR 735-162-0060. Testing

An applicant for an instructor’s certification will be required to pass a written examination and vision test given by an authorized representative of the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division of the Department of Transportation. The written examination will consist of questions relating to: (1) Snowmobile laws and regulations; (2) Maintenance and operation of snowmobiles; and (3) Snowmobile safety.
