OAR 736-016-0025. Fee Waivers, Reductions and Exemptions

(1) The department may exempt public agencies from special use permit requirements upon the department’s determination that an exemption will not create significant risk to the health and safety of the public or damage to park resources. (2) In lieu of the fees charged under OAR 736-016-0023, the department may allow the applicant to provide in-kind services or other value in accordance with OAR 736-015-0035. (3) Special uses conducted in partnership with the department may have a negotiated fee.
