OAR 736-021-0050. Fines

(1) A person that violates any ocean shore state recreation area rule commits a Class A B, C or D violation punishable, upon conviction, by a fine as provided in ORS chapter 153. (2) Each occurrence of an ocean shore state recreation area rule violation is considered a separate offense.
