OAR 736-057-0150. Disbursement of Preserving Oregon Grant Program Grant Funds

(1) The department will distribute grant funds to grantees on a reimbursable basis after grantee submits billings on approved schedules specified in grant agreements. (2) When requested by the department, grantees shall supply additional information to substantiate billings. (3) The department may disburse grant funds in advance if grantees can demonstrate a compelling need.
