OAR 738-035-0020. Waiver or Modification of Operating Minimum Standards

(1) The Director, or the Director’s designee, may waive or modify any portion of these operating minimum standards for the benefit of: (a) A government agency performing nonprofit public services; or (b) Fire protection or emergency response operations. (2) The Director, or the Director’s designee, may waive or modify any portion of these operating minimum standards for any person or entity when it is determined that such waiver is in the best interest of the public and will not result in unjust discrimination against other commercial aeronautical operators at the airport.
