OAR 740-035-0100. Issuance of Certificate or Permit — Start of Operations

(1) A copy of all certificates or permits will be retained by the Department and the original supplied the carrier. Such original must be retained by the carrier and be made available for inspection by authorized persons at all reasonable times. (2) Unless the time therefore is extended by the Department’s order, operations must be commenced not later than thirty days following the issuance of the certificate.
