OAR 740-045-0050. Trusted Carrier Partner

Motor carriers who meet the qualifications found in OAR 740-045-0060 are eligible to participate in Oregon’s Trusted Carrier Partner program. Participants are eligible for the following benefits: (1) Waiver of bond requirement; (2) Being subject only to probable cause safety inspections; (3) Being subject only to probable cause safety compliance reviews; and (4) Inclusion on ODOT’s Trusted Carrier list.
