OAR 740-060-0100. Cartage Areas Exempt from Economic Regulation

Carriers engaged in the transportation of household goods moving wholly within the incorporated city limits of each of the cities as set out in Exhibit 1 are exempt from regulations, pursuant to ORS 825.240.
