OAR 808-003-0240. Inactive Status Request at Renewal

(1) A request to convert a license to inactive status made at the time of renewal of the license must be accompanied by fees required under OAR 808-003-0130. (2) If a license is converted to inactive status at the time of renewal of the license, the effective date of the renewed license shall be the expiration date of the previous license.
