OAR 808-008-0460. Filing with Court; Exceptions

(1) A party may petition the court to confirm an award under ORS 36.700. The petitioning party shall serve the agency with a copy of a petition filed under this section. (2) A party may petition the court to vacate, modify or correct an award under ORS 36.705 or 36.710. The petitioning party shall serve the agency with a copy of the petition filed under this section. (3) Failure of a party to serve the agency under section (2) and (3) of this rule constitutes a waiver of any objection to transmittal of the award to respondent’s surety company for payment under OAR 808-004-0600.
