OAR 808-009-0060. Hearing Postponement

If a party requests postponement of a hearing, the request may be granted: (1) The request is promptly made after the party receives the notice of hearing or is promptly made after emergency or unforeseen circumstances arise; and (2) The party establishes circumstances that prevent attendance by the party at the scheduled hearing; and (3) The circumstances preventing attendance at the hearing are beyond the reasonable control of the requesting party.
