OAR 812-030-0250. Application, Renewal and Certificate Fees

(1) The application fee for all certificates is $60. (2) The fee for the test required under OAR 812-030-0010 is $60. (3) The fee for issuance of an initial two-year certificate is $60. (4) The fee for renewal of a two-year certificate is $60. (5) All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
