OAR 812-005-0160. Failure to Pay a Civil Penalty or Abide by Settlement Agreement

(1) The agency may revoke, suspend, condition or refuse to issue or reissue the license of any contractor who fails to pay on demand a civil penalty which has become due and payable. (2) The agency may revoke, suspend, condition or refuse to issue or reissue the license of any contractor who fails to abide by the financial portion of any settlement agreement with another person, entered into under ORS 701.145, which has become due and payable. The agency may also take into consideration the failure to abide by any non-financial terms of a settlement agreement.
