OAR 812-007-0160. Fees for Lead-Based Paint Activity Licenses — Individuals

(1) All license and renewal application fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. (2) The following fees are established: (a) Lead assessor, $50/year. (b) Lead inspector, $50/year. (c) Lead supervisor, $50/year. (d) Lead worker, $25/year. (3) If the board receives payment of fees by check and the check is returned to the agency as an NSF check, the agency will charge the applicant $25 in addition to the required fees.
