OAR 813-012-0030. Eligible Rental Housing Projects

(1) The Multifamily Rental Financing: Permanent Loan program manual dated July 13, 2026, is incorporated into this Division 12 by reference. (2) Through its Multifamily Rental Financing: Permanent Loan program manual, dated July 13, 2026, the Department shall establish a method by which the Department will evaluate each project to ensure program and departmental standards are met.
