OAR 813-051-0040. Use of Funds

(1) Use of HSP funds must be in compliance with HSP requirements for eligible family households. (2) To the extent of available funding, eligible HSP services include, but are not limited to: (a) Housing costs; and (b) Program delivery. (3) Subgrantees will supplement the program by providing maintenance of effort. OHCS reserves the right to establish the amount of maintenance of effort required for the subgrantees to provide.
