OAR 817-010-0085. Hairpieces

(1) During the trying on of a manufactured hairpiece, that portion of the head which comes in contact with the hairpiece must be completely covered with a disposable cover. (2) All used hair goods must be cleaned according to manufacturer's instructions before resale and marked as "used."
