OAR 818-021-0100. Competency Examination

(1) The Board may require any licensee to pass the Board examination or require any licensee to participate in a practice review as set forth in section (2) of this rule. (2) One or more consultants will review the licensee’s treatment of patients selected at random and report observations to the Board. (3) If the results of the examination or practice review provide evidence that the licensee lacks competency, the Board may refuse to renew the licensee’s license or take disciplinary action against the licensee.
