OAR 847-031-0030. Recertification

(1) Approval of a foreign school of medicine shall be valid for a maximum period of five years. If for any reason the Board determines that certification should be terminated the Board may, with reasonable cause, terminate approval at any time. (2) Provisional approval may be granted for periods of time less than five years.
