OAR 850-010-0360. Unlicensed Practice of Naturopathic Medicine Prohibited

(1) No person shall practice naturopathic medicine within the meaning of ORS 685.010, without an active license from the Board. (2) A person holding a doctoral degree from a naturopathic medical school or program, may only practice naturopathic medicine within the meaning of ORS 685.010, under the direct supervision of an active Oregon licensee. (3) Only a person holding an active Oregon license may use the terms “naturopathic doctor” “naturopathic physician” or “ND”
