OAR 851-062-0012. CNA Registry

In accordance with federal regulations, the Board maintains a CNA Registry. The Registry contains: (1) Identifying demographic information on each CNA; (2) Date of initial and most recent certification; (3) Board sanctions against a CNA certificate; and (4) Findings of resident abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resident property, made by the Department of Human Services against a CNA.
