OAR 851-063-0010. Purpose of Authorized Duties and Standards

(1) To establish standards for the certified nursing assistant (CNA). (2) To identify the authorized duties which may be performed by the certified nursing assistant (CNA) and certified medication aide (CMA) in the process of assisting a licensed nurse; and (3) To establish conduct unbecoming for CNAs and CMAs.
