OAR 855-041-3205. Telework: Definitions

(1) “Telework” means the practice or assistance in the practice of pharmacy physically located outside of a registered drug outlet when working as a contractor or an employee of an Oregon registered drug outlet in a telework site. (2) “Telework Site” means a location that is not a registered drug outlet where an Intern, Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Technician may assist in the practice of pharmacy as contractors or employees of an Oregon registered drug outlet.
