OAR 858-010-0003. Psychology Practice in Oregon

A person practices psychology in Oregon if: (1) The person renders or offers to render supervision, consultation, evaluation, or therapy services to an individual located in Oregon, or to a group or organization which includes an individual located in Oregon, regardless of whether the services are rendered, or offered to be rendered, in-person or by telephone, virtual means, or other remote communications technology; or (2) The person represents to an individual located in Oregon that the person is a psychologist, regardless of whether that representation is targeted to the individual or made generally.
