OAR 858-010-0065. Resignation of License Holder

(1) A person holding a valid Oregon license to practice psychology may voluntarily resign their license by submitting a written resignation with the Board's Administrator. (2) Submission of a voluntary resignation shall not affect investigations or disciplinary actions.
