OAR 860-032-0011. Advertisements by Competitive Providers

Each competitive provider shall ensure that advertisements or other offers of service do not refer to the Commission’s certification of the competitive provider, unless the advertisement or offer conspicuously includes the following statement: The Public Utility Commission of Oregon does not regulate the rates of this carrier. Certification by the Commission means that this carrier is listed with the Commission to do business in Oregon.
