OAR 860-032-0090. Allocation of Revenues by a Telecommunications Provider

(1) Each telecommunications provider shall allocate total Oregon revenues between gross retail intrastate revenues from telecommunications services and other revenues for each subject year. (2) Each telecommunications provider shall maintain its records in sufficient detail to readily provide gross retail intrastate revenue from Oregon telecommunications services for each subject year.
